Our own investment projects are our business card. They have been realized both in Bulgaria and abroad.

Such are the holiday complex „SUNSET LUXURY APARTMENTS“ in Keramoti – Greece, a luxury residential complex and a knitwear factory in Istanbul, residential complexes in Sofia, Kiev and others. Among the realized investment projects are a chain of gas stations in Southern Bulgaria, controlled by our subsidiary Petrol Invest Trading Group. The construction of the gas station near the Makaza border checkpoint is one of the signature sites of „Gert Group“. There for the first time in Bulgaria an army-navy construction was carried out on a terrain with a particularly high degree of difficulty. And at that moment, our construction is the most complex in the country.

At the end of 2017, we launched one of the company’s largest investment projects. These are the residential complexes „PANORAMA PARK“ – designed and under construction in Sofia, Plovdiv, Kardzhali, Dzhebel.
